Air showers are self-contained decontamination chambers strategically installed at the entry and exit points of cleanrooms, laboratories, pharmaceutical zones, biotech facilities, electronics manufacturing, and BSL environments.
An air shower uses high-velocity HEPA-filtered air jets to blow off dust, lint, and other contaminants from personnel or equipment surfaces before they enter critical controlled environments. This not only maintains the cleanliness levels of classified areas but also ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanroom protocols.
